DispatchManager 1.10

DM1.10 development is focused on the following product areas and new enhancements (many of which came from direct customer feedback):

  • Brand new report designed for the Originator and called "Dispatcher Volume and Timeliness". This report summarizes the volumes and timeliness of work order dispatch and acceptance by Receivers.
  • Upgrades made to the background messaging implementation, including XML error messaging and validations, EDI validations, and the ability to update the equipment number when submitting inbound appointment EDI.
  • Preparation work for release for an improved Transaction Audit (TAR) report, coming soon.
